Kid’s Calm

Our Kids Calm is a glycerite tincture infused with Lemon Balm and Chamomile. Glycerine provides an alcohol-free base to a tincture, providing a sweet, kid safe calming support. 

As a nervine, lemon balm has traditionally been used to help manage chronic anxiety or to support acute situations of stress and anxiety by increasing a sense of calmness and reducing the nervous tummy feeling. By combining Lemon Balm with the calming effects of Chamomile, Kids Calm can help in any situation of nervousness, stress, anxiety, or trouble sleeping. It can help "cool" hot emotions and ease digestion by relaxing the entire parasympathetic nervous system. 

Lemon balm can help soothe the symptoms of stress and boost mood. Studies have shown lemon balm to increase a sense of calmness under different forms of psychological stressors (1). It has also been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety, such as nervousness and excitability (2). This makes lemon balm the perfect plant ally in a world full of stressors!

Ingredients: Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf, Chamomile Flowers, Vegetable Glycerin, Filtered Water.

Suggested Use: Add 10-20 drops (.5-1ml) to 1oz of water 1-3 times/day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
